As many of the families had no toilet, they had to go out to relieve themselves. Especially, the women had to wait for it to become night to go out to answer natures call. This certainly had created many health issues. Also, going out at night along invited many other dangerous situations. Neelamben has taken lot of efforts and visited each household and encouraged them to construct toilets. With constant endeavour, she has been able to get 180 toilets constructed and have encouraged people to use them as well. She has also monitored the construction work carefully. Neelamben has proved here that determination plays a big role in village development.
